How do I Sign Up?

If you are new to our webstore, please contact our staff and we will be happy to sign you up. Alternatively, you can click on Create an Account to let us know that you would like to register for a webstore password.

How Do I Get Free Shipping?

All orders over $125 qualify for free home shipping. All orders placed to be picked up in clinic also qualify for free shipping regardless of price.

What Can I Purchase?

In our webstore you can purchase your pets medications and diets. All medications are approved by our veterinarians, so if for some reason it cannot be refilled, one of our staff members will be in contact with you.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders placed during the week typically take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

All orders placed on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
